Running Bear is now up and running after an identity crisis as Runnng Bear without the 'i' and later as Runnning Bear with three 'n's'. My mistake then CFI mistake but now all neatly sorted out by the nice webmasters :-) . I am primarily a leader of Naturist walks in the Somerset, England area always looking for new walkers apart from being a general athlete who also participates sensibly dressed in naturist runs, swims and yoga. Having just received a picture of Mallory from 1922 naked on Everest (will try to post picture here soon) I wish to aspire to this icon (the naked bit not the Everest bit!).

Cannot post link as not enough posts so will break link. Just place in the usual starter before the 'images' bit.

Until I am qualified to post links some nice experienced person could fix my link for those of you not computer literate :-)
This 10 limit qualification is strange since it is only CFI that loses out. I can understand not being allowed to view perhaps? I suppose it may stop spammers unless they try to waffle for 10 posts as I will probably do now :-(

You must have 10 posts before you can post a link on these forums. This helps with spam control. Many spammers and spambots use forums like this site to advertise their products or websites. By requiring 10 posts, most of these spammers and spambots simply move on to the next site.

We don't want people to register on this site to simply promote their own site. Members must participate in some conversation before they can share links.

Please excuse my newbie observation. Am now fully qualified so not a problem. It was irritating not to be able to post links in my initial postings and this may have put a newbie off since I know of no other forum that imposes this rule. I did not easily read about the reason for this but can understand it.
Nice forum by the way, will nest here if permitted :-)
