Also how does one start a new category?

Add Attachments - below the reply box, is another box with Additional Options, within that box you can choose to attach files.

Start a New Category - is a mod function

Start a New Topic - go to the forum you would like to post in and in the upper left hand corner press http://www.clothesfreeforum.com/images/buttons/newthread.gif (http://www.clothesfreeforum.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=45).
