Looked like just US towns to me.....though some of the "Typicalville, Canada" would be similar enough.

Just don't tell a Canadian that Canada and the US are the same. ;)

Ha! Yeah, slightly out of date as far as gas prices. Interesting though, some of the words have exact opposite meanings.
