I'm guessing that most are not actually nudist and will never participate. Check out how many hits the 'nudist vidio clip' thread got. Over 13,000 in two months. Too bad that there isn't a way to only be able to log in with a legit membership number from ANNR or some other nudist orginaziton. Oh well........

I almost never log in. I'm more a reader than a poster. But i'm a real naturist. I'm always curious how those funny americans :) think when nudity is involved.

I always just come in without signing in to see if there is anything that I want to first. That way I can just come and go if I want to. Guess it is kind of lazy of me. Oh dear....

I'm sorry if at this time I am *not* a legit member of *AANR* or any other organized nudist group or club or even have a nude beach to go to. I can spell the acronym for the American Association for Nude Recreation, and am aware of it's existence, and would love to join in what time I can afford to and also afford to travel the many miles to get to any location where such a membership can do me any good.

As it is, I am a cottontail beginner *pure* nudist and naturist. The avatar I have in this account is MY image.

I COULD have been someone that had impure thoughts about simple social nudity and a card-carrying member of the AANR, the CFI, BFC, and TNS.

just a big time lurker. by the time I see a post, it usually takes a turn I don't really have a comment on.

Same here, I have a scan through all the posts to see if there's anything for me to comment on before logging on. I am a genuine naturist.

I visit loads of forums, about writing, politics, expats in countries where I live or visit frequently.
But clothesfree is the only one where I just sign in straight away, even when I don't know if there's going to be something interesting today.
I guess it might be the result of the fact that you can see your average postings a day, total, percentage of total posts, etc. This is the only forum I know where you can see that, and it encourages me to log in.
Also, the forum crowd here is far more sympathetic and less strident than on most other forums I visit.

Howdy

I'm just curious why anyone "Logs Out" in the first place?

I was a guest for a really long time before I finally decided to join in. The main reason was how so many threads on here turn into arguments. Also, as a slightly conservative leaning guy, I see that conservatives are dogpiled upon and belittled here.

I finally decided to join, and just stay out of political discussion. Even doing that, sometimes I have mud thrown at me.

I'm guilty, like others, of just browsing instead of participating. I should know that logging in both boosts participation and ideas, so I'll do better in the future.

That said, however, as the weather gets better I'll be spending more time outside (and naked) than browsing.....

Some people have to warm up to it, while others just forget to log in sometimes
