Been there, did that, glad I made it, legs are sore. 30 minutes, 35 seconds. Legs and lungs aren't what they used to be, but then training was almost non-existent.

I stayed back in the pack and ran with a buddy of mine. We finished and stuck around for a while and played some volleyball and tennis before heading off to Athens for the bike races.

I was suprised that there was only about 60 racers, last year there was about 100.

My buddy Jason came with me and we met our friend Shawn up there. We had all been there before. Talked to some people who were interested in coming but they all backed out at the last minute.
