Our societies reaction.

Hi, my name's David and this is my first post. I was reading the "If nudity were legal" (I was going to post a link to that thread but it wouldn't let me.) thread and it made me think of a very simular but also somewhat different question.

How whould society react if tomorrow nudity was very publicly legalized?

For nudity to become legal, some change in attitude by politicians and their constituents would have had to happen. So, they would then be a very few who would still disapprove. Those "few" could be as many as 30-40%. So, we'd still have to be careful in how our nudity was perceived by others so that we did not do something that would offend our brothers and sisters.

At least we wouldn't have to worry about being perceived as having done an obscene thing and be arrested for it. In some states, the laws are apparently worse. You just have to be naked and have someone report you as having been so.
