Think I'm going to stick with biking. Never given that a try naked though, don't know that there's any opportunities to do such a thing around here.

I am a runner. I run on treadmill in the winter and outside in the spring and summer.

I have had the experience of going for a run in the nude. During my two visits at Cypress Cove, I ran with my friend around the ground in the morning and in the evening, we ran on treadmill. I must say, the experience is just great. Not only is it great just running nude but the workout I got was the best cardio I ever had. I was able to push myself and focus on my running.

If I could do that every day without any issues, I would wake up in morning excited to go running.

Good article, I enjoyed that.
I enjoy cycling but have never had the chance to do that in the nude which is something I'd love to do. Maybe one day......

That was a good article. I read it a couple months ago in Runner's World. It was a shame he wasn't hooked at the end. I know I have run a couple nude races and I think there the best kind.
