Hi
Myself and a friend are putting together tours for small groups of friends, you can come as a group from your club or join a group and meet new friends, the tours will be in Jan/Feb for NZ and Feb/Mar for Australia, maximum of 10 per trip and a minimum of 8 to cover the vehicle hire, fuel and tolls.
My friend has been arranging the itinerary, transport and accommodation for a New Zealand tour for a number of years, I am putting together a similar package for Australia, this will be low budget arrangement between friends, you arrange your own flights, we hire a minibus and pre-book the accommodation, you pay for your own accommodation , this can be from backpackers hostels to 3 star hotels, at some locations you may all have to have the same accommodation, this will be mainly the clubs and resorts.
The New Zealand tour covers both north and south islands and visits such places as the hot springs of Rotata club, nudist beaches and the possibility of an overnight nudist boat trip out in the Marlborough Sound.
Duration Approx 30 days.
The Australian tours are from Sydney to Adelaide via Canberra, Melbourne and the 'Great Ocean Road, also taking in 'River Island Nudist Retreat' 2 hours out of Sydney, and Sunland on the Great Ocean Road between Melbourne and Adelaide.
Duration anywhere between 21 and 30 days.
The Darling Downs tour is a pick up at Brisbane, up the 'Range' to Toowoomba accommodation nearby for a few days of sight seeing, how do you fancy visiting a pub like the one in the movie 'Crocodile Dundee' although I can't promise a 'Donk' but I can promise a sunset supper on Wedgetail Ridge, there are wineries to visit for tastings, then a stay at the 'Bunya Mountains' before dropping back down to the coastal plains and a visit to Noosa and Alexander bay, then to Pacific Sun Friends near Caboolture, Steve Irwins Australia Zoo and then back to Brisbane.
Duration anywhere between 14 and 21 days.
These tours are not fixed and can be tailored to fit the groups requirements, you can also take in other sights and locations if you wish, for example why not spend a few days in Sydney before a flight, train ride or drive up to Brisbane, or after being dropped off at Adelaide why not take the Ghan train to Alice Springs and Uluru. I can offer help and advice in booking your additional agenda, I'm not a travel agent so you'll have to book yourself.
This is a cost effective way to travel to New Zealand/Australia and see the REAL New Zealand/Australia.
PM me if you want to know more, I'm in the process of getting a dedicated e-mail address for these trips.
