I don't know what thread this would fall under, so: I belong to a forum for spinal cord injuries and this guy is having a problem. He is wanting to do a photography book about disabilities and wants the subjects to be nude. He isn't getting alot of offers, so I told him I would also put it on here. This is his offer:

Ok guys and girls,

here's the deal. I wanted to do a photography book of people with various disabilities. I want to celebrate our disabilite and not hide behind it. And because I want to showe the world the real "us" I have decided to do it nude. Well, now I'm looking for men and women who might feel the same way and are willing to do this. I've included a couple quick samples of me.....you can also check out my website at www.eshiu.com/. Let me know what you guys think.

I looked at his website and really like his work. If you click on the "Mattepainting" link, you can get to his contact info.

Thanks,
M2N

Where is this forum?

I've never even nown something like that would be around. Since I have scoliosis and 2 steel rods in my spine it would be an interesting forum to get active in.

Qikdraw,
It wouldn't surprise me if there was a forum on the web for people who join forums. Anyway, the website is: www.sci.rutgers.edu/forum. I go be WheelieMike there, check it out and see what you think.

I did forget to mention in my first post, the photographer was needing to know age, gender, disability, and location. I hope he gets enough people, it sounds like a cool book.

I am extremely interested in posing for this book, as I am disabled. How do I get in touch with this person, or can you put them in touch with me?

Assuming that it's what was intended, if you away the "www" from the start of the URL, and it'll work. i.e., sci.rutgers.edu/forum (http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum) and you'll be in business.

His email is located on his website, under the "Mattepainting" link, but I will also PM you his email. He can give you the details, but he is needing your age/gender/disability and location. Again, I hope this works out for him and us, I think it can be a positive book.

Ah thank you, that works. I didn't even try that. Silly me. :D

That is a fantastic idea - I really hope it comes to fruition. :)
