My name is John, what I do is Green Build developing. I’m on a fact-finding mission. My main objective is to keep one unit for my own use when I retire soon.
Location: West of Olympia, Washington.
Project Scope: To develop a small living environment to meet the needs for clothing optional living with in a Cold Climate area.
Each unit would fall under a “HOA” agreement that would focus on Nude living. To sell a property within this agreement the buyer must agree to the HOA Requirements
Project will be in a Cold Climate area of Washington. This Project would need indoor Amenities to make this project viable
Indoor Pool and Spa, within the confines of the property, out door sunning would only be available with in a confined space.
There would be options on the design of the property for outdoor use. This would be determined by the design of the property..
What I would like to know from the group is. Would this be viable, any attorneys out there?
1. Would there be a need for a 9 unit Townhouse development within short walking distance to the ocean (Clothed)
2. Each unit would 3 story, 3 bd., 2 Bath, Sauna.
3. Ocean Views, I will need to verify
4. Each unit would be design so your utilities cost would be zero.
5. Owner can rent out units Month to Month only if they abide by the HOA requirements for Nude Living
6. HOA Requirements: Established by The Owners Of The Complex
Lot Size is 13000 Sq ft, We can seclude this area by design. Walking Distance to the Ocean 1500 Feet
Projected finished value would be $200,000 - $300,000 subject to final layout design, including all amenities. Estimate
Pre Construction Would Be. Estimate $150,000. TBD
Also looking for other areas to the same type project.
