Reading "all" about the Ria Oro case, the following is of interest too:
* http://www.budstikka.no/sec_nyheter/article179770.ece (in Norwegian)
* http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.budstikka.no%2Fsec_ny heter%2Farticle179770.ece&sl=no&tl=en&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 (in google'd english)
Basically, the story is this: finalyear college students here in norway are called "Russ" and they celebrate their final year in the two weeks before their final exams, between 1-16may. In practice this means a lot of 'crazy' things, they can earn partypoints by doing all kinds of things, and the aim is to gather as much as possible points. The article describes two students (male) that decided to strip down for some running/jogging throught the towncentre. Unfortunately enough, they just happen to pass a police car and the officers were less impressed with this act of "indecency". That meant the end of the "stunt", it was clothes on and off they went with a fine.
Pretty silly if you ask me, it would be more common if they had just got a warning (this country isn't as liberal as one would think), but they may been fined also because the Russ had been causing a lot of trouble in the last days with trash, loud music, and small fights between rivaling colleges. So that may have contributed to the somewhat harder line for the students. No really bats an eye anyway.
