I see the concert is listed as a "Private Concert" on his schedule. Good for Garth. He has a "big" guitar just in case he would need it for cover!

Hello. I am writing this post for curiosty purposes only. It is said that this concert is listed as "Private Concert" On Mr. Garth's schedule. I will safely assume that this means that only certain people are invited to attend as opposed to the general public. Just wondering. I have no intentions of attending the concert. It just got my curiosity up as I mentioned already!

Yes its a booked private event @ Laguna Del Sol outdoor stage at a private clothesfree resort.

No cell phones, video, or recording devices or cameras of any type allowed is strictly enforced with the exception of the official resort photographers. [Myself and another photographer]

The real Garth is retired and unattainable - Dean gives you the next best thing at a fraction of the cost. Must see and hear to believe!!

Laguna Del Sol has a tradition of presenting tribute artists, but their announcement of the June concert does not make it very clear that it is with a 'Garth Brooks tribute artist' and not the actual Mr. Brooks.

OK. That clears things up a bit. The announcement is misleading. I thought that the real Garth had decided to join in with the rest of us unclothed/likeminded folk. Should have known better.

If you are married be advised Laguna has a (in my opinion absurd) policy of not admitting married males sans wife. I suppose since there is a chance to make some money here this policy will most likely be "suspended" for this Brooks (right) concert.
