Travelites (SC) Pool Party - Williston, SC [Archive]

The first pool party of the summer was a hit and then some. The weather was
perfect - lots of sun with an occasional breeze. 14 people from the Columbia
area including Gilbert and Chapin as well as the Augusta area made plans to enjoy a wonderful day of cameraderie, great snacking and lots of water volleyball. The two
youngsters (Zack & Zoie) were great ball chasers. A former Sunair couple joined
our ranks. Many thanks to Mindi & Bob for their hospitality. We'll be back
here on August 23rd for a repeat performance.

Next Saturday (July 5) we'll be visiting Cedar Creek en masse to enjoy their
hospitality. Please let me know if you'll be joining me as well as Ray & Gilda, Larry, Meg, Lynn, Mark, Roy, Tony, Zack, & Zoie as we celebrate our country's independence. They have a full day of fun planned plus at 3:15 there will be some Government Affairs
training.

July 11-13, some of us will be visiting Whispering Pines for National Nude
Weekend. If you want to join us for the canoe trip on Saturday, please let us
know. If you need a sandwich for the trip (1/3 lb. roastbeef, ham, turkey,
cheese), the cost is $5 and needs to be pre-paid.

The club's auction that donates to the American Nudist Research Library, the
AANR Education Foundation, Naturist Action Committee, and Sistercare (a charity
for abused women and their children) continues until the Toga Party in August.
