Anybody in or near Fort Wayne, IN? I know there used to be a non-landed club, Fort Wayne Naturists, but it seems to have disappeared. I also know where all the landed clubs are around here, but I'm just looking for someone of like mind I can connect with without having to travel so far.

LeeR; Take a little trip to Sunny Haven in Granger, In. We were there last weekend and loved it. The grounds are clean, chalet cabins comfy, and prices resonable. It's well worth a 1hr drive. Phone or e-mail ahead for directions. Discounts for first-timers. Plan on spending the day cause you won't want to leave. Rick and Jerri

Lee, Go to meetup.com. There is the Indiana Naturism meetup group. We,re having a get together just outside of Ft. Wayne next weekend, as a matter of fact.

Hey....I'm from Fort Wayne!
I've been to Sunny Haven, up in Granger near South Bend before. This last summer was my first couple of times going. It was a LOT of fun and very relaxing.
Nice to see a few like minded people locally. Anything going around this super-conservative "city" of ours?

I have looked at Sunny Haven, such a drive for me, but sounds very nice.

Fort Wayne is the same distance from two of the nicest parks in the midwest -- I'd think either well worth the drive.
Sunny Haven in Granger (my home club) had a great summer in 2008 with an impressively growing membership. Lots of planned events -- mostly potlucks and dances -- throughout the summer. We're small enough to make friends easily and that makes us big enough to have fun. GREAT outdoor pool and weekend food service.
Turtle Lake is great too. Much larger. And open all year so a great escape in the winter for dances, indoor pool (water volleyball anyone?), and friends. Volleyball is EXTREMELY popular in the summer. Lots going on pretty much all the time.
