5k Nearly Nude Walk/Run at Avalon 10/11/08

I wanted to point out, as it doesn't seem to have been widely publicized, that a 5k race will be held at Avalon Resort in WV on Saturday, October 11. I hope to see all you runners (and walkers) there!

"Starting line is at the Field House
Walk, Run or Jog but do it now! For your health and well being get moving and join the fun!
Nearly Nude because you need clothes for the 1st quarter mile then a container will be provided so you can take them off."

Does anyone know if there is a "Day fee" associated with this event? Is it an "Open House" for first time visitors? I find those to be very helpful in introducing people to the concept of social nudism.

I did see that there is an open house on October 5th, thw weekend prior to the race. However, it appears that you do need to pay a day fee for the 5k event on the 11th.
