Does anyone have a solution for getting the webpage to fit on the monitor screen without having a bar at the bottom to scroll to the right side? This does not occur on all webpages (CFF is fine) but my homepage and in some instances on Hotmail, the right side of the screen is not viewable without the scroll bar. I am using IE 7 with Windows XP.
Thanks

You can change your screen resolution to higher level, making everything smaller on your screen. Then in IE find the properties settings that increase font sizes to bring them back up to a size that is comfortable for your viewing.

Graphic elements and things like system text will remain small, but you should be able to read most web content well enough.

I believe the Opera browser allows you to zoom the actual web page in and out. I am still surprised that the latest versions of IE and Firefox don't include that ability.

Thanks Mark, you got me on the right track. I went to the "view" tab and changed the "text size" setting to large from the previous setting of largest and it seemed to take care of the problem (for now anyway). Thanks again for your assistance.

I agree SIZE DOES MATTER, the bigger the better, the screen FONT i.e.

After INA changed the servers I couldn't read the fonts so i swapped from IE 6 to Mozilla Firefox (free). With Firefox you can just press Crtl + to make the fonts larger (several times if required) or Crtl - to reduce it

Very flexible

I didn't realize it, but the newest version of Firefox does let you zoom the entire page - text and images too - it is in the View menu or use Crtl + and - as OZJames described.
