I think we are more or less all pen friends here on the forum or via private mails. Why using the old method of airmail? It costs more and takes far longer.

Francois, I see your point. There are those who prefer the old fashion way of communicating (such as myself). I love getting letters/cards in the mail. I still do it to this very day. It's just more intimate that way. In fact, I communicate with two CFI members via airmail from time to time. :)

Of course I intended to use electronic mail (or forum, or chat or...).
But what about the old cards sended from all around the world? Collecting it is very charming.

I agree with you that the cards per airmail are more charming. The problem is that depending of the area of the world , we might receive Xmas cards for carnaval..lol..
I use a combination of both actually, e-cards. Old ancient cards sent via internet. There is a very good website for them www.dromadaire.com . It is in French but I know you are fluent Fred and it is a latin language close to Italian.

Francois, thanks for the site. I will take a look at it. I wish I could speak French fluently. I understand the language more than I can speak it because of my French background. With some practice I'm sure I will get it in due time......
