Last Wii-kend

So last weekend I visited my sister's family. She is a few years older than me, married and has 3 kids, a 10 year old girl and twins a boy and girl age 8. I love them all, I am their only (and best!) auntie and it was great to visit.

Two things, their family does not go nude around the house all the time but they are definitely open about things like that and know that I like to go nude, so whenever I am around it is a playful standing joke. Of course it helps that their mother both has no problem going nude herself or letting them go nude with me so that makes it easy for all of us. We all have been nude together in the past and that spirit was alive and well for this trip too.

Well, while I was visiting they showed me some of the new things they had since I had been there last and they now have a wii with a wii fit. I was very impressed. I had to try it.

So here I am with my sister, niece's and nephew and they showed me how to play wii fit wearing nothing at all. The laughter was never ending!! And, of course, they were way better at it than I was. They taught me some of the yoga and balance games. Very fun! I am sure we all looked absolutely loony taking turns, leaning in one direction or trying a yoga pose or doing pushups all while cracking up in their living room. :laugh: It is enough to make me want to purchase one myself.

Anyways, this was a great time and thought you all would get a kick out of the story. If you have never played a wii I highly recommend it. I can see why so many people enjoy their time in wii-land.

Sounds like you had a fun time with the Wii. I have the console myself but I don't have the Wii Fit game. I played it once at a party one of my friends had at his coffee shop, and it was fun but I had a terrible time trying to ski on the balance board. We had to put in Guitar Hero so I could feel a little better about my gaming skills, that's one game I'm pretty good at. While I didn't get to do Wii Fit nude like you did I've played other Wii games in the nude and they're a lot more fun that way.

I agree the skiing is terribly difficult. I was best at one of the yoga positions and the step in rhythm game. The others I was pretty bad at.

My sister and her husband have a Wii, so do some of my friends. I like the Spiderman game because you actually have to flick your wrist like Spiderman to cast a web. Also like Guitar Hero. My GF likes Rock Band but I have yet to play it. Haven't done any Wii nude yet though.

Rock Band is really fun like Guitar Hero, especially if you want to try out something besides strumming the plastic guitar. I've done drumming in the nude and it made it a lot easier when I was trying to get it down.

I agree the Wii is fun. The neighbor has the fit, did some things with it, but I enjoyed the Wii sports, bowling, golf and others. Have not done it nude, but the neighbor was over playing my PS3 and did not mind that I was nude.

I have both a ps3 and a wii; by far i enjoy the ps3 much more. the whole motion thing was fun for maybe a month, but after that you realize the lack of effort these developers put into wii games. I love the ps3, the price for one is not good, but the games are (plus i'm kind of a sucker for the underdog).

The Wii's still got some good games (Mario, Metroid, Zelda, etc) but I do see the appeal of the PS3. I focus mostly on Guitar Hero and Rock Band games at this point though so it doesn't really matter what system I'm playing on for those games.

On my "bucket list" is...playing a round of golf in the nude. Since there are too few golf courses that will allow that...........we have a Wii and I play a round of golf naked every chance I get!

Some of those games, tennis, boxing, baseball, get you so worked up that even if you are clothed or covered...you end up stripping off anyway! We had friends stay with us awhile back. We were sitting around in our robes having coffee and tea in the late evening and the conversation turned to the Wii. Their grandchildren had gotten one but they hadn't seen one in action. I showed them our Wii and turned on a game. We played a game of bowling and by the 3rd frame we were all naked! It's was great fun and we all commented on much more fun real bowling would be to play nude.

Guitar Hero Naked is also fun!

Travelites' Oktoberfest was at a members' home who had a full Wii set. I tried some of the games. It's not as easy as it looks.

I've also read that assisted living facilities, retirement homes and the like have purchased Wii's for the recreation centers. Many of the retired people have formed bowling leagues and play Wii for exercise and recreation. Many of those retirement homes also, that have established bowling leagues, also have tournaments and give out small trophies! I think that's pretty cool and great to keep the seniors active.

Yeah, I've seen quite a few articles on that actually. My grandparents aren't in a retirement home or anything like that but they bought themselves a Wii a few months ago and they love playing with it. My grandma can kick my butt at bowling.

Anybody have a vast reserve of land laying around??? I would be happy to lend you mine but it is a mountain and wouldn't be very economical to make into a golf course.


The money making on that would be a KILLER though... golf is really popular these days...

Where we currently live, there are many golf course within 30 mins of our home. None of them will let me play naked! LOL Besides...I'd like to play with a few others that would like to experience a round au naturel.

The pitch and putt course at Cypress Cove is just a little to far away for me to go!! So it looks like Wii Golf and Tiger Woods Golf for Wii is what I'll have to settle with for now.

i love playing the wii system as i'm confined to a wheelchair i find it easier than some console to use and love the bowling games greatly

The first time I ever played Wii Fit we were at home with the kids gone. I am not a big gammer but wife insisted that I try it. I said "ok, if I can do it in the buff". she said ok and the rest is history. Love to play especially if nude. You can really work up a sweat!

I'm not a huge gamer and only settled on a Nintendo DS because I thought it was just enough for me - but reading all about the Wii and hearing about how fun it is just might convince me to buy the system!

What's great about the Wii is that it's more dynamic than other consoles, where you merely sit and play. Wii games like golf, tennis, bowling, Fit etc... requires the players to get on their feet and move around; so when you're already nude, it adds a physical element of fun - to the already fun of being nude.

I wish the Wii had been around when my daughter, wife and I used to run around the house nude. That would have been such a blast!

Our small naturist group played wii bowling at our get togethers. And it IS fun. We wondered if the individuals on the screen could be made to be nude so they would be be equal to our own activity appearances. Our host said, "We're working on that", but not much progress has been accomplished. But.....wouldn't that be a nice addition to the game!?!???!!

It definitely adds more physical interaction compared to the blank stare kids have associated to playing video games/watching tv....

Got a Wii Fit for my wife for Christmas. I'm using it much more then she is, but she did have to go to work as well. Done it nude a few times, but the daughter was home for the holidays and didn't have many chances. This summer at camp will be a blast though.

Unfortunately something like that will never happen. Nintendo would not allow nudity as a feature for their family friendly console and the only way it would work is if somebody could hack the Wii and modify the features available for your Miis.

dragonly and i played Wii for the second time, but the first time nude, yesterday at out friends house. we went over for a nude superbowl party. it was just the 4 of us. we had a blast!!! we all loved the bowlong game the best. i still like Mario Cart but the ladies are not to much into it. we played tennis,golf and bowling. everyone was smiling, laughing and acting silly. i could really see how a family or a group could really enjoy it also!!!. dragonfly said she will try and get me Wii for my birthday with the fit also. we have never tried the fit, but have heard good things about it!!!

We played ndue Wii bowling last spring at Paradise Lakes, with some friends. What fun it was!
We went out and bought one for home.

Fun story :) I have a wii as well and the wii fit game too and its loads of fun to play clothes free.
