In the daily newspaper Luann (http://comics.com/luann/) comic strip, there has been a thread this week about Luann's somewhat dimwitted firefighter brother, Brad, who was given a coupon for a week for two at a Costa Rican resort by his sly and sleazy friend/roommate, TJ. What Brad did not realize before asking his girlfriend is that the resort in question is a nudist resort. He mistook the word "uninhabited" for the term "uninhibited".

It will be interesting where Greg Evans, Luann's creator, goes with this.

Greg has dealt with many issues in the Luann strip, such as Luann getting her period and drug use. It's refreshing to see another viewpoint of his. So much it seems that comics haven't always been for kids. I've been reading them for many, many years.

I'm looking forward to the next comic. I was thinking that they will auction the trip for a firefighter benefit. Although, I would like to see Toni go with Brad, we won't see it because they are not married. This would get Luann removed from quite a few papers in the country because of ignorant jerks compaining.
