A club member from as far away as Griffin, GA joined us as did those from the Columbia area for the Winter Holiday party. Lots of fantastic food always makes a gathering good especially if there are great folk who gather. The hot tub was well-used, the temperature perfect.
We had a variety of snacks including chips, dips, cheese and crackers plus for dinner: homemade meatballs and spaghetti, tossed salad & a variety of dressings, homemade bread made into garlic bread, homemade brownies with premium ice cream, chocolate eclairs, and
Chambord liquer in chocolate sipping cups were among the fixin's.
The grab bag was fun with gifts selected from teddy bears (or is it bares), cologne, flashlight, candles, water globes plus others.
If you missed it....well, you missed it. The next event will be in Camden on New Years Eve. The fun that night will start @ 8:30. The food will be heavy hors d'oeuvres. Let me know if you'll be able to be there to help bring in 2009.
