There is no nude beach closer to West Palm Beach than Haulover.

In response to the question about Haulover, the crowds are quite nice with something for eveyone. The parking lot closest to the beach access fills early on weekends, so plan to arrive in the early morning.
The distance from West Palm to Haulover is about 67 miles and mostly freeway. Not a bad drive!

Since there are only three generally recognized c/o beaches in Florida (Playalinda and Apollo in Central Florida and Haulover in Northern Dade County), Haulover is clearly your best bet. I am not sure when you plan to go, but if it is this weekend, the weather promises to be glorious (80 and mostly sunny) so expect a big crowd. Actually, since Haulover is in northern Dade, the mileage from WPB to Haulover is more like 45 not 67.

Haulover Beach between 66% and 85% visitors use the nude area.

I just did a Google direction search to get the miles from WPB to Haulover...the distance is approximate as I didn't have the actual address to plug in. Nice way to estimate the miles between tow points.

If I lived within 100 miles of Haulover I'd be there almost every weekend. I love it there.
The part I like the best is that it isn't in some remote area that makes you feel like you are hiding from something. It's right there in the middle of everything.
