I love to play water volley ball, swimming in the ocean, and just walking either on a beach or on a wooded trail. I have found that just about anything I enjoy doing, I will enjoy more if in the nude.

Walking naked, or freehiking as it is known.

Having walked with the infamous 'Naked Rambler' I experienced free range naturism and haven't looked back. There are a number of organisations and groups in the UK that arrange walks, but my preference is to walk alone at one with my surroundings, this brings additional benefits.

I have noticed that on my naked woodland walks the wildlife isn't startled by my presence, I have my theory as to why this is, and on another forum it has been discussed and several other theories put forward.

Probably my best experience to date was in a French wood at Heliomonde near Paris, I was on the last part of a long woodland walk when I happened across a deer grazing, it looked up at me then carried on grazing, I was about 6 metres away from it and it didn't bolt.

Rabbits aplenty I have seen, it is becoming almost an every day occurrence at my club, that is until everyone else starts to get up and it becomes too busy for the rabbits, but if I'm at the club alone I have the pleasure of sitting outside to drink my morning cup of coffee in the company of the wildlife.

My favorite is visiting places where I can enjoy well prepared food while being nude. The combination of eating delicious dinners such as those served in the restaurants of Cypress Cove and Avalon without having a belt around my waist restricting me is my favorite thing about nude recreation.

Ditto on the nude gardening. The full sun on the full body is great as well as the soil on bare feet. All other yard work including picking up sticks, mowing the grass with a push mower, clipping grass with hand trimmers (weed wackers are contra-naturist). Also the wii bowling is great. If only there was a way to make the bowling characters nude.

I'd have to agree with many here and say that walking nude on the beach and skinny dippin' in the ocean are right at the top of my list. We are lucky enough to have found a spot to be able to do that, and make it an annual adventure!

Of course doing those things in the company of others is what makes being nude enjoyable... so if you were to ask me what my number one activity is, it has to be socializing.

Although the opportunity is rare, I've really enjoyed golf nude since it involves walking, socializing, and being outdoors with a bit of genteel competition. Tennis is more accessible and better exercise of course. Swimming just makes sense nude and is possible year round.

My favourite nude sport is hiking. Discovered it a few years back and have been hooked ever since. I really enjoy the feeling of being free and unrestricted on the trails. And since I usually hike along the shorelines, no bugs and cooling breezes :)

My favorite sport or activity, if Im naked, is to 100% riding. A firend of my sister, Jessica (she is doing nudismus to) have a horse and at the "range" we can borrowing one or two horses. Then we get nude and ride without a sattle just with bridle for 1 houre or two (with a break). Thats fantastic =)

My favorite nude activity is freehiking, just being outside nude, going to hot springs, and swimming when possible. I Do get some nude boating in , but that is infrequent since there are usually non nudists with us in the boat. But if it is just my wife and I, then I will be nude for part of the time when possible. The wife doesn't join me other than going topless when I put sun block on her, but will usually put her top back on after that.

I love handball,racket ball,hiking,I ran track,played basketball volleyball back in High School,use to played volley ball nude on the beach before they closed it, now I do a lot of walking 10-20 miles in the park when it makes a nice :sunny:day.
In summertime the same I add on more miles on each walk, I stop going to the gym I have my own little gym in my apt and I like walking in the park fresh air and the sunshine.:)

This is a hard one there are so many things I enjoy doing nude I don't know if I can narrow it down to just one. I used to go the the nude beach several times a week when I lived near one. I love to garden nude but obviously that is a seasonal event. I have really enjoyed freehiking but it must be done in the right environment with regard to location chance of running into another person reactions if that happens etc. For now my favorite activity would be sitting in the warm sunshine as it has been and continues to be a long cold winter.

I have to say my 2 favorite activities are body surfing and sailing! I enjoy the rush of the water over my body as a ride a wave and the best thing is you don't get sand stuck in your suit. I can stay out sailing for hours listening to a little Jimmy B. drinking a couple of beers and getting some sun.

They do not appear to be an athletic bunch but they sure do play hard. usually go for the 5K, but been thinking of taking off for a weekend sometime this summer.

Nude rollertennis? No, I haven't tried that. I think the quick moves and sharp turns would end with road rash instead of a returned serve. It's been too long since I've been on wheels. They had a southern California clothing optional club at a Roller Rink on one of the early Nudes in the News. It looked like fun, and I agree the wind is a pleasant factor.

It is hard to find good trail for that. Hiking it is easy to find some local areas to hike around even if for a short time.

It would have to be swimming or hiking. Just about anything you can do clothed can be just as much if not more fun naked. A couple exceptins come to mind: snow skiing for obvious reasons and tennis could be painful for guys :(

I have a six man rubber raft that I use one day a year. Every September my wife and I do a nude river day trip in the Delaware River National Recreation Area. Most of the stretch we travel has moving water. There, I'll sit on the seat and use the oars to steer. We also pass through a number of calm pools where I get to row. I find rowing relaxing exercise, if that makes any sense.

Two years ago, over Labor Day weekend, my wife and I were guests of Dorothy from Oz and her husband. Rock Lodge has a large, clean, warm (by that late in the season), beautiful lake and has several rowboats. I was in hog heaven! I can't count how many laps I rowed around the lake. Dorothy's cabin is across the lake from the beach. If I had to go back to the cabin for something, I surely could have gotten there more quickly by walking the path around the lake, but I usually took a boat and rowed across, just because it was so cool to be able to do it.

Thanks for the definition and videos. I don't know how much of a "native beat" they are doing. It reminds me of club dancing--free-form dancing to the beat of the drums.

Water skiing and tubing.

A group of us tubed naked down the Salt River in AZ for about three hours. It was fun! Make sure you keep applying sunscreen!
