The only thing that the IRS has not taxed yet is the Penis.

This is due to the fact that:
69% of the time it is hanging around unemployed,
10% of the time it is hard up,
20% of the time it is pissed off and
01% of the time it is in the hole.

On top of that, it has two dependents and they are both nuts!

HOWEVER, effective January 20th, 2009, after Obama is president, the penis will now be taxed according to size:

The brackets are as follows:

10 - 12 Inches - Luxury Tax......$ 300.00
08 - 10 Inches - Pole Tax.........$ 250.00
05 - 08 Inches - Privilege Tax... $ 150.00
03 - 05 Inches - Nuisance Tax... $ 30.00


Males exceeding 12" must file Capital Gains.

Anyone under 3" is eligible for a tax refund.

Well, it's a GOOD thing that you can still laugh but don't laugh too hard for New York State will start taxing laughter. I am certain that you already know of the proposal to tax pornography and that includes downloading anything and everything from on line that can be considered pornography.
It's kinda scary...download a naturist photo that the gov't consideres 'pornography' and create a tax liability.

Great, it will be nice to get a refund. There is a county in Northern Illinois that is contemplating taxing cow farts due to the methane. If they ever pass it for humans I will have to declare bankruptcy.
