Saw this ad on CNBC Business/stock market channel today. Way to go VW. I love the looks on the two boys faces. And since the last thing the kid throws into the wet bin is his underwear, the Ad is even funnier.

I don't mean to be a buzzkill or anything, but given this day and age I'm surprised this commercial got made. Part of me is wondering how long it will be before someone complains about this commercial.

simonsebs, I am sure someone has already complained about thie "kiddie porn" commercial.

I thought it was cute, but it would have been better without the two girls looking almost-disgusted at him getting naked.

The best would have been a show of family unity, with everyone getting undressed. :P

i'm not surprised or anything about his sisters looking at him with disdain...it's how brothers and sisters are.

what redeems it is that the boy is proud of himself and relaxed and not letting the sisters' looks get him down

i like that the smaller brother smiles happily with the naked, older brother. The sisters looking on with disgust is pretty much what would happen in most familys. I like ti, one of the cutest commercials i have seen in a long time.

That reminded me of an episode of a 1990s episode of Pete and Pete called King of the Road. On the way to Hoover Dam, they got into a contest with another family where they tried to see who could have the highest stack on the roof of the car. After putting everything they had on the roof, Pete's family was losing to the other family.

In a last ditch effort, Pete started to remove his shirt, telling his father that they had to do it their way. Eventually, everyone in the car (mother, father, and the two boys) were naked and their stack was higher.

One of the great episodes of that unusual show.
