north tx looking for friends

hello all, it's been a long time since i posted on here, and now a few months ago i moved (with my fiance and her daughter) to the ft worth tx area. my fiance knows that i'm somewhat of an "at home" nudist...i sleep in the nude, and when her daughter isn't around i'm extremely casual about the nudity.

anyway, i'd like to find friends in the area (male, female, i don't care) who are like minded. not even necessarily to be nude with on a regular basis but just to be friends with and maybe enjoy a nude activity now and again if the opportunity arises.

me: 33, extremely happily engaged (i know this site tends to be free of pervs, but just in case i have to let everyone know i'm very monogomous!), very into music, travel, etc

My fiance and I live on Lake Palestine, just south of Tyler, so pretty much between both of you.

In the summer, we take the pontoon boat out for nude cruising and swimming on the lake. If you would like to join us sometime, just drop me a private message and I'll be glad to give you contact info.

There is one catch, we have two labs that adore the boat, so if you hate dogs, this probably is not the offer for you. However, they love hanging out naked on the boat and going skinny dipping.

I'm from Dallas, and have been a nudist for some years here. I have found it's been hard to find nudist friends around here. There either Gay or swingers. Gay people are fine but would like to find some straight friends. I am also single.

gay or straight is ok as i'm definitely not out to find someone for purposes other than friendship, but so far a lot of my searching has come up with people wanting sexual encounters.

You could try going to a club. There are two in the Decatur area about a half hour north of Ft. Worth. I have enjoyed both of them. Bluebonnet which is a nice place but slow to welcome strangers or Wildwood which has the friendliest people in TX. I enjoyed a membership at Wildwood for a while and if I had time would rejoin.
There are also two in Weatherford area.
If you want to meet other like minded people go to where they hang out.

i've been reading up about wildwood, sounds like a great place and probably will try it out whenever i get a chance. since i moved down here last year the big factors have been money ($35, price of day fee, has up till the last month or so been a pretty good chunk of money for us), and work schedules. fiance has been working on weekends, i work all week, and since i'll probably have to go by myself it just wouldn't have worked out, with me having to keep my stepdaughter. i could probably take my s.d., she'd adjust pretty quick to being nude around others (she's 8 and barely likes wearing anything around the apt anyway), but would be better if i could get her mom to join us at least the first time she went.

I have found that alot of people are interested in sexual encounters. Thats why I have had a hard time finding real nudist friends around Dallas. I have all most given up hope. Started chatting with people across the country, to try and find some real nudist. I believe they are out there.

I am in Plano, mostly a home nudist. We have a pool and used to have friends over al the time. At some point I got tired of having to put clothes on when we had guest so I didn't. They were forewarned and they came over anyway. The wife does not quite get the social aspects, so not sure when I would/could have guests over. Something to work on I suppose. Yesterday was quite glorious weather.

Hi, All. I used to live in Fort Worth, travelled up to River Hills Resort in Denton for almost 9 years. Now it appears to have gone out of business. I now live in Michigan, brrr! yesterday was absolutely awesome!

we have pools here at the apartment complex...spent a good portion of the afternoon swimming, all the while wishing i didn't have to wear that stupid swim suit! had a dream the other night that i read the rules of the pool carefully and at the bottom it said "nudity allowed only after dark"...i was very disappointed when i woke up and realized it was a dream!
