Just wondering if anybody walks or runs on a treadmill while nude? I've thought about it, of course I'd wear shoes, but the only thing that stops me is that I'd hate to injure myself since there would be no support at all for the important parts. Not that there's much support now with the baggy shorts I wear but they do offer a little support. Btw in case anybody's wondering this is an electric treadmill I'm talking about and it's at home.

after running for a reason run I found it best to keeop that area nice and secure , the banging around was not pleasant.

I've run on my treadmill nude before and I've never experienced any sort of complications. Granted your "equipment" will be moving around a lot more than usual and that can be a bit annoying for like a minute or two but after a while it's not really a problem.

I guess this will depend on ones sensitivity, I found it uncomforable , maybe some feel nothing and some may like it.

While I haven't done so in a number of years (parents had one in the garage before I moved away), I don't recall any particular problems once I got used to the movement. Granted, I also didn't go above a fast walking speed. Trying it isn't likely to kill you, so might as well experiment and then give reports back to the group. :)

I've no problem with the "movement." Maybe it's just me, but I've don't really feel the need for support. I guess we're all different.

I did try it one time very briefly but decided that it might be better to find out others' experiences.

Oh, and I forgot to mention too that I only go at a brisk walk when exercising.

I've hiked nude for up to 12 miles at a time, and have never found it to be other than entirely pleasant. As long as you're just doing a brisk walk, I can't imagine that there would be any health issue.

I don't see any health issue to running nude either, but after trying it I realized that there's a comfort issue: it's just more comfortable for me to have the support that running shorts provide when I'm running, especially for longer distances.

I have never run nude on a treadmill, but my few experiences running nude outdoors have been nothing less than awesome. I did initially have some concerns about lack of support but I quickly realized that this was not an issue for me. I would suggest starting out slow at first to gage your comfort level and then working up from there.

I utilize the treadmill in the nude daily for one hour. Of course I wear shoes and socks as well as a towel on my head after about 30 minutes. I also walk briskly instead of running. I have no problem with the boy's and feel more comfortable in the nude than clothed.

I tried it and suffered chaffing on my inner legs after 20 to 30 minutes on the treadmill

The ares was red and sore for days,

After that it was back to shorts.

It was ok using rowing machines and other gym equipment.

Try going to a sporting goods store and looking for a product called "Body Glide". Its made for runners to prevent chaffing. Very good stuff, won't sweat off over time. Nude treadmilling is the only way to go. Wish I could run outside the same way...

I'm enjoying using my stair-stepper and lateral thigh strider nude. So far no problem with the shaffing and the exercise is great, and so much more comfortable nude. Now if I'd just get myself back on my rowwing machine and get myself ready for some kayaking this spring.

I have not run nude on a treadmill but I have run nude. Support or lack of support? No ill affects experienced and better yet it felt good, free, and liberating. Yes, I do get chaffed on the thighs sometimes between the legs but I get that even wearing shorts, yes I run in running short shorts, but little body glide remedies that. I have even jumped rope for 30 minutes nude, no shoes or socks just complete nudity, and suffered no adverse side affects. Hope to have a treadmill at home someday very soon and plan to do all my running on it nude, except for the shoes and socks; then again, I may try walking on it sans shoes and socks as a trial to running complelely nude. But, might be kind of rough on the feet; however, I can promise you I will not be wearing anything more than the socks & shoes.
