Nurses aren't supposed to laugh...
"Of course I won't laugh, I'm a professional nurse. In over twenty years I've never laughed at a patient."
"Okay then," Fred said and proceeded to drop his trousers, revealing the tiniest man thingy the nurse had ever seen.. Length and width, it couldn't have been bigger than a AAA battery.
Unable to control herself, the nurse started giggling then fell laughing to the floor.
Ten minutes later she was able to struggle to her feet and regain her composure.
"I'm so sorry," said the nurse. "I don't know what came over me.
On my honor as a nurse and a lady, I promise it won't happen again. Now, tell me, what seems to be the problem ? "

.
"It's swollen," Fred replied

That's funny. If you can't laugh at yourself then who can you laugh at ???

Greg;
I think this is not funny. This is particularly not funny on this forum.
There are too many posts for men afraid of having too small of a penis or an erection. Then there are hundreds of posts saying no one looks.
You then post a joke about a man with a small penis.
I think your post is inappropriate on this forum. It might be funny told at a bar.

that is not only NOT funny, but rude as well. These types of jokes have no place here on this forum.

Tough crowd ;) Now I know how Rodney Dangerfield must of felt more then a few times.
This was a Rodney Dangerfield line. He may or may not have coined it, but he made it uniquely his; he'd nervously adjust his tie while saying it.
A lot of his lines got into the wider lexicon, though younger people may not know who he was. He played the crazy ultra-rich guy in "Caddyshack".
"I told a cab driver to take me where the action was, and he took me to MY house!"
(No laughter)
(Nervously adjusts tie) "Oh, tough crowd, tough crowd..."

Tough crowd ;)
I did NOT find your joke to be in poor taste or inappropriate, and I think those who did need to lighten-up.
As a former RN and as one who suffers from significant "shrinkage" shocked, I can relate to both parties in your joke.
As someone above said, we have to be able to laugh at ourselves.

Thank you Home Nudist, you said that well. I too can completely relate to this joke. Life's too short, we need to laugh more.

I am a naturist and one who is under-endowed. I think your joke is dum. I can laugh at MYSELF but I don't need any insensitive person doing it for me, thanks! Out of 500 naturists, only one will make a stupid comment, but it's that one that will ruin your day. Do you make small-breasted jokes, too? Wait a sec---of course you do!!!!

It would seem, baregreg, that your "punch line" has knocked the breath out of someone's
self esteem. In the future you might want to adjust your PC level to accomodate the
those who are more than just intellectually challenged. :)

Lighten up, folks. I count myself in the under-endowed group, and I thought it was hilarious. I passed it to my wife, and she shared it with others.

To anyone who was offended by Greg's joke:
I find it very hypocritical that this forum tolerates all manner of penis discussion: It's too big, it's too small, it's the wrong color, it has stripes, it's cut, it's uncut, it leaks, its dimensions, and on and on.
Some guys will use any excuse to talk about their member. (Is it titillation ???) There are sex sites that I've seen where the discussion isn't much different. And, as nudists, that IS NOT supposed to be our focus. Am I correct?
So, it's perfectly OK with you to focus on the penis, yet, when someone makes a small (pun intended) joke about it, a few people get offended. Get off your high horses and get over yourselves. Get a sense of humor. Geeze!

First , those threads in the male section have bcome bigger then they need to be.
Second this is making fun of a guy with a small penis , where thos thread are asking for advice regardign with what God gave them becuase they are afraid.
Huge difference
Personally I had said more then once to lump the penis thread together and stop the craziness. Less penis talk the better!

You are correct, there are a lot of posts about penis size, circumcision, erections, shaving, etc. It seems that a lot of males have a difficult time believing that if are naked, no one will be focusing on their penises.
That joke is appropriate if you want to reinforce the idea that nudists focus on naked penises.
If that is true, it will be more difficult to convince women that breasts and vulvas will not be the focus also.
I think that joke discourages nudism. I am not offended or find my self-esteem threatened. However, if you want to promote nudsim, that joke is a bad idea.

I dont' think that this joke is meant to promote or not promote nudism. It actually is just a joke and has absolutely noting to do with nudism.
If a person has self confidence, self esteem, and self respect, then they will not let jokes or comments about penis size, hair loss, being overweight, too short, etc, etc, affect them in any way.
A major problem with our society today is that most people lack self respect and self esteem and allow others to dictate how they should feel about themselves. As a great example, marketing people across the board are masters at convincing people that if they would only buy this or that product, or go out and get some form of cosmetic surgery, they would become a real winner and successful in life. So sad that so many fall for this bogus nonsense and allow themselves to be so manipulated.
Just be yourself and accept yourself and everything else will fall into place.

Seems to me some ppl here need to get a life beyong the(ir) penis. This is the humor forum, and in the humor forum yes you can expect jokes about penises too, be it small or large. If you can't handle that, you might have something else to look at than a AAA sized penis.
