A hello to the world from Germany.... Where all the german and european naturists in this forum? Please join my social group " European Naturists"...

I´m looking for email (pen) friends to share informations about naturist places in germany and europe... my favorite isle is Sylt, North-sea. I can give many informations about this isle and naturism in germany..:)

Welcome, Tom!

My forebears (bares?) came to the Colonies in the days before the USA. They were part of the original Pennsylvania Dutch (English mis-translation of Deutsch). Reading your post brought back memories of my high school and college German classes. I found I could still understand most of the German text without cheating and looking at your English version. I would really have to hit the books again before I could have a decent conversation, though!

Hello Tom, and welcome to our forum. I have always wondered about nudist and naturist beaches in Germany because I have read that your country is supposedly one of the pioneers of nudism in many nudist publications and magazines. I have also heard that a large portion of the European coast is dotted with nudist beaches extending into other countries. If this is untrue, please let me know because I myself have never been to Europe at all. As I say, I can only go by what I have read or heard. Once again, welcome aboard. I hope you will enjoy the many interactions and posts here on the forum and look forward to your posts as well. Take care!

Yes is true, germany is a naturist friendly country. We call it FKK (Free body culture) and FKK have a tradition. At north- and east-sea are everywhere naturist areas and at lakes or big city parks nudism is allowed, for example "The English garden" in Munich. In Saunas nudity is a must! There is a good magazin artikel from a serious german magazine "Der Spiegel" about nudism and naturism in germany... http://www.spiegel.de/international/0,1518,415516,00.html :)

I have recently been to Ardeer beach in Stevenston, Scotland

I have also been to Studland Bay, Brighton, Fairlight Cove, Holkham beach in Norfolk, England

La Grande Cosse and several Naturisme4U resorts in France

Papagyo in Lanzarote

The beach along Maspalomas In Gran Canaria

I am independent backpacker so use local trains, buses.

I try to keep notes of what transport I needed to get around.

Would be good to keep in contact

Hi, Thanks for the group. I would like to know more people and places in Southern Germany esp around the Bodensee area. I know that is really far far south, but some else besides me goes naked here. We know some local areas but longing to find out about others. We would also like to know of good places to hike naked around. We go on many of the forest trails around. I am even willing to hike in Austria or Switzerland.

I lived in Munich as an exchange student in college and loved the English Gardens and Isar river. Nothing like it in the US! I imagine Germans don't need a forum because it's such a strong part of your culture. Alles gute!

Actually, the Germans have a wonderful INF organisation and many, many clubs and venues throughout the country. They also have a few forums that are positive and I have many German friends. Germany, the birthplace of FKK Naturism!
