At last someone goes nude on the plinth. And the authorities act as could be anticipated.

This can be filed under not thinking ahead. When asked to coverup, he could have been ready with a British Naturism t-shirt or something. :D Well, maybe someone else ... :idea: how about a Clothes-Free TV broadcaster on the Plinth?
