I just found this yesterday and it works great for downloading videos to your PC - even YouTube. The have a whole list of websites that'll work with. And it's free. :)

I think it requires the use of Firefox, not Internet Explorer. It's ok, but I think it's mostly if you want to convert videos from one format to another, and it requires you to download large video files to your own computer? I am not sure. Probably wouldn't use it myself, but I'll look at the website for later in more depth.
