"Speedo Man" Finally Arrested

Life has been a challenge for Richard Irby. At age 17 he was hit by a car and as a result lay in a coma for months. Even today at 55 he speaks slowly with great difficulty and walks with a noticeable limp, all of which some people could mistake for a congenital mental condition. The one joy he seems to get out of life is his daily 15 mile bike ride around the Tallahassee area. Oh, and did I mention his attire de rigeur is usually a thong, not normally seen on 6' 3" 220 lb. male cyclists in northern Florida?

This non-conformist lifestyle finally caught up with Irby recently when a female resident of the mobile home park that he resides in swore she could detect a left testicle or perhaps a hint of foreskin escaping from the fabric of his thong as he pedaled past her. This egregious display of genitalia so offended the woman she called up both the police and local media to vent her displeasure, resulting in Mr. Irby being (temporarily at least) removed from the streets.

How could a person possible see a "Hint of testicle" or some such when the dudes not exactly skinny and his legs are constantly moving? Sounds to me that somebody just got pissed and decided to make something up. Then had 2 of their mobile home park friends tell the same story. I've lived in that type of place before, the things they say aren't always trustworthy.

It sounds like the woman might be out to get him. If so, he can turn the tables on her. Report her for "indecent exposure" if any part of her breasts are visible. He can use the same defense that she will have to use. :sneaky:
