Fashion site "The Sartorialist" carries an image from "Glamour" magazine and story on August 29 - you might need to scroll down. It has garnered an incredible amount of comment, and I imagine many of you in the USA might already be familiar with it:

I hope they paid the guy in the article just below the one you mentioned a lot of money to wear that jacket! I'll have nightmares tonight.

I think this story/picture is really great.
Great for everyone who sees it; for their body image (and for accepting of nudity). I love that she is proud to show her real body and that it is not "perfect" but very normal and very real.
I love it.

There simply have to be more instances of the human body demonstrated in ordinary, de-sexualized, caring and ordinary ways, and I think we are doing this on a variety of websites. It would be great if more nudity were shown in conventional and traditional "everyday" activities, and I think this is slowly happening also due to the pervasive nature of this "anywhere-media"; the Internet.
Anytime someone forgoes an opportunity to be nude in favor of unnecessary clothing, for example as in lounging around the house with family as I did last night, we all loose a little ground.
