Well I probably got at least half of them right. They made me really think! #7, I had to walk around to see for myself and notice my left arm moves in unison with my right leg. I tried doing this the opposite way and it felt weird. Do you have the answers?

Perhaps our standing and future public officials should have to take this quiz in light of the ahem, I don't recall, I have no recollection of that, etc. We could even name it in honor of some of the more notable forgetful ones the Gonzalez&Ollie Quiz

I question the answers to 11 and 30.
The direction that water flushes in a toilet is based on the design of the toilet, not the hemisphere in which it is used.
I checked two local carousels, one goes clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. One was near the northern part of the Hudson Valley in New York State and the other was near the southern part of the Hudson. Maybe location in the valley affects the direction of rotation. ;>)

I question the answers to 11 and 30.
The direction that water flushes in a toilet is based on the design of the toilet, not the hemisphere in which it is used.

Question 11 says nothing about a toilet. It says a drain. And water is, in fact, affected by the rotation of the earth (aka the Coriolis effect). The Coriolis Effect is basically this: The earth spins fastest at the equator, and the further you get from the equator, the slower it spins. Think of the north and south poles, they hardly move at all (just as an example). Since the earth spins to the right when viewing from above the equator, this means that objects in the northern hemisphere are being pushed to the right at the southern end (meaning anti-clockwise) and the northern end (clockwise) in the southern hemisphere. This includes bodies of water, no matter what the size.

The problem is this, the effect of the earths rotation is so SMALL on regular household objects that the water has to be almost completely still before draining it, so that it's effect can be seen. That's why this question normally revolves around the toilet, because in most houses this is the only place where water is undisturbed for long enough that the motion from filling it will slow enough for the Coriolis Effect to have any real impact.

Good explanation re. the Coriolis Effect. (see video)

If there is proof water in the northern hemisphere goes clockwise, and counter clockwise in the southern hemisphere, then which way does it go if right on the equator? No whirlpool at all or downwards maybe?
