Good article sounds like there will be a show down this Sunday. I think Allen Baylis is correct to take this action it is apparent to me from the actions they have taken that the state intends to do away with all nude beaches. Long ago the Cahill Policy was cited in a case before the State Supreme Court in favor of the nudist sayng the park did not follow it's own policy before citing a nudist. They also have stated that mere nudity absent lew conduct was not a crime. Now the laws may have changed by now but as of three years ago it wasn't a crime under state law. It also should have the cover of freedom of speach as it has a political element.

I would love to be there for the rally, do not know if I will be able to or not, money being the issue. A couple of suggestions for signs for any who may go.

Dress in a burka or have a picture of someone in a burka with, When is it enough?, or Is this dressed enough?

You should not criminalize offences.

Being offended is in the eye of the beholder.

not friendly naturists!

Suits are for the office,
not for the beach!

Ban beach dress codes,
Burka or nude is your choice!

Ban offensive beach behavior,
not innocent beach nudity.

Against beach sex?
Then ban beach sex, duh!

Rangers should protect everyone
Whether wearing polyester or not!

Park rangers love nature.
Naturists love nature.
