Marion passed away September 2009. The Memorial will be held at the Recreational Hall at Lake Como from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Guests coming to the ice cream memorial must let the gate personnel know that they are coming to the Rec Hall to honor Marion.

I'm very sorry to hear about Marion's passing. I met her at a naturist gathering perhaps ten or eleven years ago; I remember her as vibrant, funny, and as anthusiastic about clothes-free living as any nudist I've ever met. She'll be missed.

I never knew Marion Hagens. When I read this notice I was curious as to why
someone would seem to be so well regarded. What I found out was very
interesting to me.

She entered the nudist lifestyle as a middle aged, then unattached woman with grown children. She experienced nudism, further researched it, and found she enjoyed it to such an extent that she moved to a nudist venue. While there she entertained many new friends and relatives including her teenage grandchildren. She became proactive for nudism in any way she could.
In other words she was a true nudist who embraced the lifestyle and ran with it.
To my mind, that commands my respect for her as well.

I cant believe that she passed away.Does anyone know was it health related issue or a freak accident, or the curcumstances?

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Marion Hagans.
I spent a few weeks at Paradise Lakes in late 1994 when I saw her notice about a singles Christmas party at her home in St. Petes.
I went to the party, not knowing anyone, and Marion made me feel right at home as part of a larger family.

Oh I have read that I found that in some post forum.Do you know if they already have an answer as to how she could of possibly died in her sleep?She seemed pretty happy, and a nice person.
