Here (http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=4537381). It's generally positive, and it will reach a large audience, but it does manage to perpetuate many of the negative and ignorant attitudes towards nudism and the human body.

Thanks Davin, Glad to see ESPN thought it was worth covering this event. Oh and ESPN is in my town of Bristol, Connecticut. Bill

Major mainstream media. Good humor. Easy-going. Hip age group. They shared how they felt getting through the initial "shock" and then found it was a really fun experience. Even ended with "Can't wait to come back next year." What more can we ask?! Very cool!

That was great, and funny. Though i wouldn't be smacking people's butts, and wouldn't want them smacking mine.

Loved it.
Very upbeat and positive video segment telling non-nudists that there's nothing wrong with nudity: "it's great once you get over the initial shock".

They were all very positive about the experiece. And one of the female pro volleyball players, "The best part of being nude is just being nude."

Nice pictures also. Great piece. Good for them.

I wonder if they'll ever show that on "Wide World of Sports"?

I was hoping that they would show some of the games that were played but overall it was a great article.

Thoughly enjoyable. Once I got the video to load, things made a lot more sense.

I thought the article was very well written and the writers used just a touch of humor to lighten the otherwise highly competitive sport of sports article writing!

I'm still trying to figure out what "8 percent clothed" looks like! I guess that would be about the correct amount for a small patch of fabric in some of the tinyest Speedo bathing suits.

I am encouraged by seeing such an article in the mainstream media. This helps to normalize the concept of nude recreation in the public's mind. The article mentions the usual body image anxieties about going nude, but the morality of going nude is treated as a nonissue. The article leaves the impression that the participants found it to be an enjoyable experience.
