You have heard of the "pastie", which is the round cloth (or other material) that is affixed with adhesive to the nipple and immediate surrounding dark area, to comply with some laws.

Now here is a twist!
At the cabaret show which I viewed in Paris last month, there were eleven showgirls, all nude except that each girl had a black, slightly fuzzy paste-on item of about 2 or three inches at the widest, pasted on top of their vagina.

I think that some shy females could use this method in an initial transition period to full body acceptance.
