Communication is the best way to free yourself of any guilt that may snowball into more serious problems. Just be honest and state your case in a courteous and well thought out fashion.

You know your Mom better than we do. Is she open-minded enough to handle the iformation? Maybe she's open-minded enough to accept the idea of nudism, but not the practice. Specifically by her son. These are just some things to think about. I enjoyed being naked in my house as a kid, when my folks weren't home. I'm thirty-one now and they still don't know I enjoy the hobby/life-style of nudism. Best of luck and use your own judgement, like I said you know her better than us.

The best way is to communicate the news gradually, even if it takes a year! Educate her on the subject of nudism. There are books, magazines, etc. You may indicate it is for the open minded. Later you may hint or say you are an open minded person who ia growing up and now begin to experiment with different lifestyles. That you have practiced being nude at home and you feel confortable. If her reaction is unfavorable then wait until you are 18 to decide your course of action.
