It's the first time I've ever posted a picture of myself naked on any website. I hope that this has gone down well. Now all I need is a trip to a beach, resort or a swim night

I would ... converse with you face to face, despite your state of undress !

Well done for posting your Avatar. It's always good to see who's posting, whether nude or not.
And nude is braver.

yeah, like I said, I've never done this before, but I have no hang ups and I'm comfortable in my own skin, so what the hell...

Is good to join in with your avatar.
is a bit worrying at first, but you get used to it.
Well done.

Thanks mate! i was a bit worried that any full frontal I put up may show too much (there's another, I think you know which one) and get taken off, but looking at the others, it's ok to show a frontal nude shot. Strange to think that on a naturist website, I know, but like I said the other one frownsd on it for some reason

I posted my less-frontal AV when there were minors allowed in the Forums. These days I could change it to something more true to the spirit of nudism, but it is to damn cold outside to get a photo!
Terr, yours is perfectly fitting! Nothing beats a finely tailored 'suit.
BTW, this B&W was done with the least expensive digicam money can buy from W*mart. It cost me like $39 back in '99 and is literally no megapixels (like 640x480 'er what ever that old size is...). B&W color adjust and Blur (soften) by IrfanView freeware.

Ahem, there ARE minors reading this forum. It is not adults only.
Minors are not supposed to post here, but that is all.

You came out good in the photo. It feels strange at first but you will get use to it.
Good photo. I would keep it if I were you.

Hey lads. Fair play to anyone putting a nude pic on the net. Make sure no one can copy and paste them or save them etc.
Whats the harm in minors reading this website. Isnt naturism totally suited to family gatherings ? Are you guys trying to say there is something wrong with minors and nudity, this goes against a lot of what i hear about naturism.
Semi-related question ... when you guys take a photo of yourself .... do you try to make sure that your penis is looking its best or biggest ? Just wondering !

Not sure how.
I know sites like Bebo and Myspace have functions where ou can protect your photos from being taken.

Nothing is 100%
Any photo on the internet can be copied.

Yep, if it can be displayed, it can be copied.

Any Screen capture can copy any image you see on your monitor. Windows has a print screen, and there are many free and low cost add on programs just for that purpose. Some sites block you from right clicking on an image to copy and paste, but any screen, window, or custom portion of any image may be copied with these screen captured programs as Naturist Mark demonstrated.
BTW, I know of no rules or regulations that prevent minors or under 18 years of age from posting on any of CFF forums as long as they don't post their age, email or IM address or handle, or nude image of themselves or others. They may post all they want including images and avatars as long as they are not nude or of others nude. As long as they adhere to the Terms of Service like any other member has to.

If anyone cares, 640 x 480 is 0.3 megapixels.
Drrummer

Two things i want to address here.
1. Yeah, screenprints can copy any image, but for someone else to go and use it in their postings is it quite obvious that it is a screenshot they are using as opposed to their own photo. Therefore you can easily spot a fake.
2. I don't have any hangups about nudist groups or lifestyles - why would you think this ?

Not really. A properly cropped screen shot is a pixel for pixel re-creation. If re-encoded using a lossless codec like PNG it will be identical.

In fairness, most idiots who are gonna rob an image arent gonna have a clue how to do all that technical stuff.
BlobbyBob

I'm not sure what kind of skills you possess Drrummer, but if you consider pressing print-screen to be technical then you really have no idea. If someone wants to steal an image they can do it. I've even managed to take ones with large visible watermarks and remove them - though I only did it to prove the point that it could be done, negating such annoying watermarks.
If you share an image online then someone will find a way to steal it, if they wish to do so. The only way to stop it is not to share images, or at the very least only share them in small, controlled environments.

Not exactly 640 x 480 = 307,840 or .307840 million.
An image file in the format of 640 x 480 pixels can be megabytes in size. [Very high resolution 100's or megabytes in size]
If your going to quote to a number times another number your must indicate what base or system your talking about.
An image that is 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels high is just that in pixel with and height. The sum of the width and height in pixels is 0.3 mega pixels in combined width and height in pixels.
