I have a home in Coolidge (far SE Phoenix valley) and I am looking for a roommate. It is a 3 bd/ 2 bath, NEW home in a nice neighborhood. You would have your private room and bath and garage parking. It is mostly furnished. I'm asking 400 per month and 1/2 of the electricity and 1/2 of the gas. It would be nice to find a fellow naturist to live with. (sorry no smokers, no pets...sensitive nose here!)

How accessible and are you firm on the rent?

I'm somewhat flexible on price, but not a whole lot. This is an average one-story home with normal threshholds that are about 6-8 inches.
