It concerns me somewhat that the summer has ended, and from what we see in the news programmes, these guys have passed some great naked times at countless naked events - and yet they still have tan lines?

How can this be possible?

How can this be possible?

You have to remember that INA headquater is in California. In CA, there's no such thing as winter. Also, the INA crew often travel to resorts and event St. Martin (damn them). If I weren't in college, I would move to CA and be on the INA crew. Hmmmmm...Maybe I should, I doing absolutely nothing this coming summer before I headd to my first year of law school. Maybe I should contactc Corey..Hmmmm

I woke up yesterday morning and there was frost on the ground. I live in the central valley area and the INA headquarters are in the mountains. If it's cold here, then it must be extra cold in the mountains. Maybe, southern California, where the weather is more pleasant, but here in the central valley, it does get cold, fog and all. /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

I live in the foothills outside of Fresno, CA, not far from INA. At an elevation above the fog and cold of the Central Valley of California. Many times in the so-called winter of CA, it will be in the seventies up here, no fog and below the snow, so I manage to keep my tan lines away all year! (of course it helped that I went to St. Martin with INA!)

Unless I'm misreading something, none of the above seems to respond to the original question?which was how come Aaron and Corey still have tan lines?

But the question itself puzzles me. Entirely by accident we were at Orient Beach when Corey was there, and he didn't have any tan lines then.

It might of helped if I had read the first post! I have hung around the INA staff many times, and can say from first hand expereience, that Corey does not tan as easily as most (he is a red head!) The previous poster said he was at CLub Orient during the time we were there, if so I was the older guy, with a pony tail (fat and old I might say) taking still photos!

I guesss it would be possible to have nice weather above the fog line and below the snow line, but, it does get cold eventually. I'm sure the sun pops through so it would be possible to achieve a year around tan. (Sorry croydon. I now stand corrected. But winter still pops it's ugly head eventually).

luvnaturism: I have noticed the same, especially on the pictures taken at Bass lake. Several members, I have noticed, do in fact have tan lines. You can tell that these members wear the long shorts, but when they finally break away to the lake, they have definitive lines. Excellent observation, that I have wondered myself.

At this time where I live, in the Central Valley, the frost has set in for the past two mornings. The days have turned cold, so being able to get a nice tan has been difficult. The weatherman is calling for more rain this weekend. If it's like the past rain storms we just had, the rain will be very cold. I think it's about time to head to the coast, for some warmth and sunshine, but due to my work schedule, it won't be this weekend.

None the less NudeM, I beleive Croydon was stressing the lack of winter in california relative to other places. I'm originally from Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada. Last winter the Cape Breton region of Nova Scotia accumulated so much snow, most citizens lawns turned into giant mountains of snow (many repotedly ten feet in height, some as high as twelve-fourteen)as they attempted to shovel out their driveways. It got so bad that eventually most residents could no longer keep up, since they had no place to put the snow!
I wouldn't let a little frost on the ground in the mornings keep me from maintaining a nice tan.

Namedun...Being a native Californian...I find it hard to believe people would want to stay in such a place...I hope the Summers are great to compensate..Here in CA we can go to the Sierra to enjoy the Snow for as long as we want and then return to the beaches. /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif ..I guess thats why its getting so crowded here /infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif ...Odb

Actually, I'm not quite sure why people like living in Nova Scotia, I would assume it's some deranged sort of sentimentality (you know, "I grew up there and it's a nice place). Unfortunately for these people, most of them have either never been anywhere nice (like the British Columbia, Florida, California or Europe)or they have an unfortunate,security-based mentality that they could never move somewhere like that.
I personally couldn't stand the place, the weather is almost always terrible, there are few job opp's and the Atlantic ocean is always freezing that far north. I'd much rather live in one of the forementioned places.

Now I have two conflicting accounts regarding beautiful Nova Scotia. My wife and I were there for a few days and we were told, when conversing with a middle aged woman, that although many visitors assume that they have a lot of snow in Nova Scotia, that they do not have much snow because of being surrounded by the sea, which affect the climatic conditions. The previous winter they had to shovel their driveway only once.

I don't doubt that the water is too cold for swimming. For example, the state of Maine is nearby and I saw people sitting on the beach in the summertime, (some with a small blanket around their shoulders) and not doing any swimming. Some will purposely get their feet wet when the waves wash on the shore.

Even if they did, work and school and the other demands of life can make nudity a rare occaiasion. Not everybody can afford to live at a club and even if they did, unless they are unemployed or they really work at it, they still won't tan evenly. And personally I think tanning booths are expensive, vain and unhealthy.

It is possible to spend most of the year in shorts but only rarely have time for extended mid-day nudity. (Early AM and late PM nudity won't do much for your tan!) For a slow tanning person the result is very pronounced tan lines. If you put a strong sunscreen on the white areas to avoid sunburn, those areas may NEVER tan.

I usually start hitting the backcountry nude in April. But as you can see in this photo, by July I still have obvious tan lines. And I tan easily!

order to get such a colour as Aaaron has on his arms and legs, he has obviously spent a lot of time in the sun with clothes on - I am just very suprised that he doesn't have an even tan at all, and it just screams out to me that he spends more of his time clothed than naked - which I am most suprised at!

turkisnudes: Aaron like the rest of us must work for a living. Unfortunately, that requires wearing clothes although I know he would join me
in wishing he didn't have to.

He works part time for INA and has another full time job as do I

I did not realize that there were part-time employees who worked for INA, especially the ones who are featured the most i.e. interviews, moderators, etc. I can see where the tan lines could come from. Even though I have had the opportunity to get a nice tan this summer, I still have them as well (tan lines). At least, we get the opportunity to get nude at other times to enjoy the sun. /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
