Hey, anybody ever tried hunting in the nude?I've done it in south Georgia, but don't try it in Canada or Alaska around the winter time! Belive it or not hunting is a recreation also.

When I was a young guy in Yorkshire, England, I used to go shooting rabbits, hares and wood pidgeons, all agricultural pests, not for sport, but for the table.
I was a marksman and would only aim at a "sitting target", because I wanted to make sure that it died quickly and did not escape to suffer.
Technically, because we did not have permission to be on private farmland, we were poaching, ie breaking the law.
As a consequence, even though it never entered our heads to be nude, we would not have wanted to make a possible "quick getaway" more complicated than it otherwise would have been!
I have done plenty of nude spear-fishing since I have been in Australia, again just for the table, but I will not try to pretend that I did not enjoy it.
But that's all years ago. Now I go nude snorkelling, just to say, "Hello, fish".
I'm a bit like Fernando, from the ABBA hit about the Alamo, "For many years I haven't felt a rifle in my hands".
And, I must say, I like it that way.

Gary, I took it to be "have you tried nude hunting?" This is one place where I would deffinatly NOT want to be nude. Far to many semi-blind 'hunters' can't tell the difference between Blaze orange and buckskin brown as it is.

i havent got to go nude hunting yet but i am planning on doing it some time in my life. i love to hunt and to be naked so what better than doing them both at the same time. so have ever been seen hunting naked, that would be my biggest worry.i also am going to try naked fishing this summer.keep nude hunting.

I'm hoping to be in SouthWestern North Dakota (Belfield) this weekend. Have been invited to a supper put on by the sportsman's club there, after buying a chance on a two man elk hunt in colorado. I'm thinking "maybe if I show up at one of these (have been purchasing draw tickets for more years than I remember), I and my buddy will win the trip". I also have a Turkey tag for North of Belfield, and that would give me a chance to try and bag one of those as well.

Unfortuanately, I doubt I'll be doing the Turkey hunt nude, as it's pretty COLD here in ND at this time of the year.

The "hunting" part would be as good as any other hike, I'm sure. The part that would be VERY sensual would be dressing out a caribou or moose or some other large animal when you're nude!! Talk about getting into Caveman mode...

Amen Rex...let's all try to be like Fernando. and yes it seems like hunting would be more dangerous nude. I personally abhor the thought of hunting for sport but that's just me.

While visiting Alaska I picked up a novelty postcard in a giftshop....titled" Bare Hunting" ..It had a naked guy pointing a rifle at a bear.. Should have had a bear chasing a bare /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I gave up hunting at age 13..."Bambi" got to me...but have nothing against those who do so sensibly ....Odb
