That's a given at ANY nudist event here in North America. Not only is it assumed -- IT'S THE LAW.

If you decide to run a nudist club with events and allow minors to attend without a parent or without a parent's knowledge, you likely will find out quickly. Make sure you have a good attorney.

usuallylurk, you might be misunderstanding me...what I meant to say about your comment was I had never heard of a specific law covering this situation.
It is basic common sense to allow your child to attend a nudist (or any other for that matter) event only with a parent or guardian, and to only accept accompanied children if you are running such an event. But a law that enforces this? Nope, not to my knowledge. Perhaps under the umbrella of something covering child abandonment, or wilful neglect, or something similar.

A host of charges that the police could dream up and make stick. Various morals charges.
