Is it naked or partially naked? All the reports I saw when this occurred said "partially naked." No more details than the above link tho.

Regardless, the focus is on possible nudity and not the insanly stupid act of breaching the whitehouse fence! What was he going to do if he got over the fence? Pretty stupid act I say.

Inappropriate and lone nudity in public is a sign of drug overdose, sexually deviant criminal behavior, or mental illness. It is a red flag of a potentialy dangerous person. The current threads on the forums about naked people doing stupid things has nothing to do with nudism. These people were all commiting crimes and were proably influenced by at least one of three above listed causes.
