But seriously, when sHaving, my advice is if you are looking at razors, go for the Mach 3. I shave in the shower using using soap. You may also want to put on some lotion afterwards that helps with the red bump problem.

As for shaving my scrotum, I just pull the skin taut and shave down. And that is very important anyway, shave in the direction of the hair.

And if you could, it's always a good idea to proofread your posts before sending them. Although this time, it was hilarious.

You have to admit that you totally set yourself up for this one. This subject has come up before here in the forums though and there were many great ideas. Personally i dont like getting razor's around that part of my body, it makes me all nervous /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif So what i do is just use an electric razor and not get totally smooth but close enough for my liking. Just be careful when you do it, cause the wrong move and it can hurt.

i like to trim, not shave. without a trim, the pubes get too long and annoy me. but a little 1" long fuzz is good down there....

well i see i am too late to get in on this one
about saving till needed.
plan on using 2-3 razors the first time,shave every couple days there after.i agree those razors mentioned are best.and if you have a companion you trust i mean TRUST,they can see better then you.just don't make any sudden moves.
and i don't know about others out there but the electrics razor burn me. in my case i am a total body shaver.

Hi,

Since nobody has really talked about shaving I'll share. Especially since, if done incorrectly, it could really hurt, lol. I'm not a "smoothie" nor do I intend to be (though my wife and I have this agreement...but that's another story). I don't shave everything. I'm more of a trimmer.

Not being the hairiest of men, if I let the hair I have (notely pubic and mid-abdominal streak) grow I think it looks funny on myself, others might not, but I do. Hence, about once a month I trim it back to a natrual, but shorter length. The parts I do shave are just the base of my penis and my scrotum. I prefer it that way and so does my wife.

It's not super hard. It's kind of like the face. Just be sure to use shaving cream, go with the grain, and at least in my experience, use a duller blade. The skin is very thin and a sharp blade can reek havok if used incorrectly. It also works best around the base of the penis if your flacid (looser skin). Also, if your going to only shave some of it, plan ahead. A pubic hair botch job can look pretty silly.
