I love going to San Onofre, but it's such a long haul from LA. Any time anyone wants to go down for a day trip, let me know! Drop me an e-mail (tidoublegerpb4@yahoo.com). I'll even drive.

I am East coast, but 1000 miles south of you. We have palm trees on our beaches!

You and I are in the Los Angeles thread, so that kinda cuts down on the east coast posting.

I have seen lots of posts over the past two years from CT, VT, NY, NH, MA, RI guys so I know they are out there. Start a new thread and I am sure they will respond.

Ever contacted the Friends of San Onofre Beach group? They periodically have BBQ's with the Blacks Beach Bares and several of the groups leaders are down at the beach alot during the summer. You could contact them and find out when the next gathering is so you can all meet and meet some new friends...maybe even join the group.
