You are correct about the confusing bit. Your question is totally unintelligible
BTW how's the weather in the UK?

I am really not sure what you are asking here. There are so many variable associated with skin cancer and sun exposure ie intensity of UV radiation, duration of exposure, number of occurances of exposure, as well as hereditary factors, and varieties of skin cancer that there is no clear way to answer a skin cancer question. The general consensus today is that ANY exposure to the sun is harmful and MAY lead to one of the forms of skin cancer later in life.

My chain may be getting pulled here but I'll try and answer.
I don't think applying sunscreen and breast cancer go hand in hand. Sunscreen is applied to protect your skin from the sun's rays, sunburn and skin cancer.
Breast Cancer is a serious ailment and I'm sure if skin cancer was left unchecked and taken care of, it could result in the cancer spreading but, not sure that there's a direct correlation between skin cancer and breast cancer.
BTW.......your post was a bit confusing so I didn't vote. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/beam.gif

Sunscreen may REDUCE the risk of skin cancer but it won't prevent it.
After all, most women that get breast cancer have never had their breasts exposed to the sun.
Breast cancer and Skin cancer are two completly different types of cancer.

It also doesn't seem like English is the primary language.
But... welcome to the forum and to the nudist lifestyle Cayca. Fun isn't it? You seem like a nice sort. How do you pronounce your name: kay-sa ?

It only increases your chance of skin cancer, i've never been told by anyone during those health talks or on information leaflets that it increases the chance of Breast Cancer, but am no expert so i dont know.

On the subject of skin cancer, I would offer the same suggestion that DenitalC gave me when I joined the forums a week ago. Take an umbrella when you go to the beach (nude or not) and sun block is also par for the course. Since I became more aware of skin cancer I have limited my time in the sun especially when I don't have sun block on and I think any one who is knowledgable about skin cancer would offer the same suggestion to every one. Breast cancer has different causes than skin cancer, one study indicated that at least a fifth of women who have it get it from exposure to chemicals at the workplace. So avoiding breast cancer probably requires a different kind of vigilance than avoiding skin cancer.
Peace,
Kevin

Interesting was the latest study of skin cancer. Nudists have less skin cancer than textiles and the explanation was that the human controlling system works better if you cover all or nothing. Partly covering makes it very difficult to the control system. If you use for some unundestable reason swimmingwear then as small as possible ie. thongs or speedos.

Thanks buddy so i'll introduce you all here since i made a poll mistakenly for health and saftey.
My name is Cayca Stone and i am 19 years old i usually hangout with my sister Britney at Nude Ballerina dancing school, my interest is to dance with a parnter to pratice with flexable body parts but not to be rude thoguh.
I usually go to ballerina school with britney at 5AM and it ends at 5PM and we sleep at 10PM we wake up at 3 o'clock.
In the morning i usually wake up britney and hangout for abit, then we swim 50 miles on a small tropical island but really we never drown out, so if it was an emergency i will bring my emergency boat to travel.
We come home and eat food and we enjoy nude times including my twins and my mother.
So we do enjoy our Small beach and we sleep on our small cabin for a family use.
Thanks for reminding jon71 i owe you.
If you all want to know about my family ask me right away.

Wow, that's a long swim.
I think the translation is a bit off. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/confused.gif
Anyhow, DO use sunscreen, look for one that protects from both UVA AND UVB.
The best way to avoid breast cancer is to conduct regular self exams and avoid wearing bras.

Cayca,
To do every one justice, the word the chief moderator used for your question was "unintelligible" not "unintelligent." I think everyone had some difficulty understanding precisely what your question was, so I think your question was either colloquially or simply casually worded. All of us, however, were able to see that you had some concerns about both skin cancer and breast cancer--and those are intelligent concerns!
First of all, I would caution any one about relying on medical advice from people you chat with on the internet; if you ever have reason to be seriously concerned about skin or breast cancer, the wisest decision is to see a professional physician for advice.
But, the consensus on avoiding skin cancer is, first of all, avoid direct sunlight as much as possible, and get out of the sunlight as soon as you feel tingling in the skin or notice redness on the skin. If you are going to be in direct sunlight, apply sunscreen 30 to 45 minutes before going in direct sunlight because it takes that long for the substances in sunscreen, such as PABA, to bind to the skin and be able to absorb ultraviolet light from the sun. And if you ever have any new or unusual skin growths, see a doctor.
There is a more complicated consensus about the causes of breast cancer, but it occurs more often in women who live in industrialized countries (such as in North America, or in Northern Europe) than it does in lesser developed countries, so various theories exist about whether chemicals introduced into the environment, or into foods may cause it, or whether lifestyle choices may cause it, or whether it may be in a woman's genes.
But it is not so common until women get older, so you might want to wait before you worry about it until you are in your 40s. Otherwise if you feel a lump in the breast have a qualified doctor examin it (and lumps aren't always cancerous).
Some precautions that might make it less likely for you to get breast cancer are: don't drink alcoholic beverages regularly, avoid fats in your diet, and exercise regularly.
A good bookstore should have medical manuals with up-to-date health information Or you can most likely find good information elsewhere on the internet about cancer and women's health concerns.
Peace,
Kevin

Are you serious. You swim 50 miles. That will take more the 30 hours with a high speed. All the other thing are like that. You are only playing and not real.

I would prefer to ask about someone who has an ISP based in the UK but claims to be from Hawaii, spends most of her day in nude ballerina class, and also finds time to go on 50 mile swims, ??? lol.....lol I would also prefer to ask about someone who has a very interesting profile description including a 'personal' home page which contains a direct link to a video sales site? I am really an astronaut and it is time for my morning spacewalk.

I saw you entered the Stevens forums (Tina told me) So i had non of my cool shots taken of Nudism so really i try my other photos when i was 18.
We really swim fast and we don't give up.

Your math is correct. If someone swims 20 times per day at 50 miles per swim then they swim a total of1000 miles per day. Your point is??? lol......lol

From Cayca's (Tina's???) posts, it seems like all that water from swimming 1000 miles a day has gotten onto her brain.
Maybe that's how she got from the UK to Hawaii with her seven year old sister - they swam?
As they say in a great magazine in the UK:
"Shurely Shome Mishtake?"

I decided to take my old photo as my avatar and uploaded it in imageshack.
True thoguh but i swim everyday and for Naturist Mark.
Sometimes i am no good at putting sentences on my replies but i am sometimes a bored typewritter in nudity.
The weather's turned a little more cold today this summer.
And PascoDoug i am 19 years old and sure though but i don't usually steal them but when Tina (As pointed to Pete Knight) She steals them at the invison board forums to think it's our nudism copyrights.
I think it isn't personal for this but as soon as i get my photo's stocked. (If i have time) I may post an photo album but i am gonna upload them into Imageshack for saftey reasons.

The homepage you list, and the site where your avatar images come from and others which shows 99% of only near perfect women posed on the beach, or in art model poses are just not true naturist or nudist websites. There names and titles as naturist or nudist sites garners them top ranking on the major search engines only to see a sexual titillation pay and member sites faking to be nudist and naturist sites.
You never see all women on the free beach or at genuine nudists and naturists sites. You see families, couples, children and the elderly. You see all type of bodies, short, tall, fat, skinny, scared, normal and rarely one that would qualify as #8-#9's on the scale of 0-10.
What's your purpose of referring to or listing those other than true naturist and nudist sites, then pose as Hawaii nudist family?
Your IP, and email at "fs.net" is based in the UK re:
UK fs.net Part of the Orange network (http://www1.orange.co.uk/jobs/working_for_orange/locations.php?section=working&sub=locations)
Your Hawaiian no clothes all nudist and leisure lifestyle you describe with your sisters and mother just seems too fantasy to be believed and actual.
Can you bring the forums up to date on the nudist facilities, and nude or clothing optional beaches near where you live in Hawaii, and any website links?
Aloha

All sorts of people on the Internet pretend many different things. So what?
If it's not porn and it's not a violation of the terms of service, then I vote Cayca be left alone.
I find her posts entertaining. They seem a sincere attempt at something... sort of like a larger-than-life nude comic book hero with an alter ego that's misunderstood. She's an adult, let's let it play out and see where it goes.
Relax, be nude, enjoy the sunshine.

Yes, swimming 1/2 to 1 mile in a swimming pool 3 times a week is a great workout. Swimming in the ocean is an even greater workout as you have waves and beyond the breakers ocean currents to contend with. Swimming 50 miles per day, every day, on a non stop consistent basis is impossible as you would burn up so many calories that you would waste away to nothing in short order.

But we don't have books we only have food in real life.
We might take a wireless laptop to come to America in nudism.
I watched one of the clothes free News on Windows media player.
It was great and we wanted to bring nudity into the old fasion way.
But we don't know what to do now.
