I think Matthew Fox presents a very good image of engagging in naturist activities. I really liked his quote "Even when I'm not in Hawaii, if I'm going swimming at night with friends, I'd rather do it naked."

My only question is . . . why only at night?? Why not during the day?? We still have a little bit of "shame" creeping in. But in any case, a big step in the right direction!
