I don't think having a simple erection really bothers that many "True Nudists".
I'm sure if any decent man happened to get one while minding his own business, nobody would pay much attention to it. Or even if he was sitting / standing with a group having a conversation it wouldn't be much of a problem.
Heck, I wouldn't even mind if a guy was walking around with one as long as he had a destination in mind and went straight to it.

The problem is that there are some Perverts out there that get a thrill out of showing off their Penis. They wander around the beach, making sure to get as close as possible to all the women as they pass by. They do what they can to keep their penis erect for as long as they wander around.
It's pretty easy to tell if a guy has an innocent erection or is trying to get a thrill. Just take a look at what he's doing. If he is looking about trying to see who's looking at him, or positioning himself so everyone can see it, You can bet he's a thrill seeker.
If he's just going about his business not paying attention to who's looking at him, He's probably innocent.
I think in most cases it's not the Erection that bothers people. It's the Lewd intentions that go with making sure everyone see's it.
