All right Bart et al.

1. There are times, especially after my Netscape freezes and I have to restart the program, when I come to the INA's homepage and get a different version of it. Everything is centered and below the main banner comes the pic o' the day. That is folowed by either calendars, photos, travel agency; or just skipping to the Nudes in the News and then the rest of the centered items that follow that. It will sometimes take more than 2 or 3 reloads to fix the problem.

2. I do not receive email prompts when I have a private message. I checked all of the info, marks, checks, and everything else on my profile and nothing seems to be askew, so I am wondering what gives?

Thanks.

I tried it in Netscape 4.8 and Netscape 7.01. Seems fine. Maybe try clearing your cache and then look at the site. As for the email, make sure you are not filtering anything that is on the emails and check in your profile that you are using the correct email address. We will be upgrading this forum to a never version very soon, maybe that will fix a few problems. Good luck and thanks!!

Problem Number 1. I think my computer just wants attention and just pulls these problems as an attention-getter.

Problem Number 2. Everything's fine on my profile page. And I don't recall ever creating a filter on Hotmail. It is my low-profile account and I only receive about 1-2 messages per week on it as I never give it out. I'll recheck it this weekend and give you an update.

Bob's not the only one getting more than one version of the home page. I often get the old version, which I've always liked better than the new one.

I'm still not getting the email notices on private messages, and YES, I checked the box that says to notify me. I've gotten into the habit of checking for private messages before I read any of the posts. /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
